I feel proud to have been an employee at MMCPL for the last 25 years since it has provided me with a good career opportunity, safe workplace, flexibility, and great teamwork. It feels just like a second family for all the employees. Management always supports us in crisis and cares for us when we are looking for help.

It’s been a huge privilege and honour for me to work with this esteemed group since its inception. The bonding and emotion are so strong that it has been like my second family. I feel so proud to say that the group grew from a start-up to one of the biggest players in the world in the manufacturing of manganese compounds. I have learnt and grown professionally and personally - faced by both - challenges and beautiful moments that will stay forever in my memory. And I’m sure there are many more memories to come in my life. I treasure my association with this group and its directors. I wish all the very best for its continued growth and success in the days to come.

I have been with Manmohan for the past 15 years. It has brought to fore what it feels like - working for a company that truly values its employees as individuals and will do everything they can to help each person reach their individual goals, both professionally and personally. I had joined MMCPL as a fresh engineering graduate in 2017 and in just a small span of work tenure, I have had a chance to manoeuvre techno-commercially in projects and research. I have shaped my mindset with the knowledge that I am not working in a Multinational Company (MNC), rather I am operating myself to make MMCPL an MNC. Planning, designing, and executing automation has always been on my trajectory and that is something that I am realizing at MMCPL. I am positive that upcoming expansion plans at multiple other locations in India will provide many opportunities for young engineers to leverage their skills in the world of ore and its processing.

It has been a pleasure to work at Manmohan Minerals and Chemicals Pvt Ltd, a company that has always grown at the fastest possible pace, which has led to the growth of employees like me along with the company. I have always felt appreciated working here, the management has ensured that the employees give their best and act as an asset for the company’s expansion as a whole. Our young and motivated directors have always supported us all to achieve our individual goals as well, with creativity and opportunities for enhancing our skills.
